Hired this firm for a very very small job.Did all my homework before the start of this small project wich is the relocation of one construction trailer ex. gave the model # of the Fire Alarm panel and told my contact to make sure that parts were on site for any problem that might occur.Not only the parts were not with the technician but he would refuse to do his job of terminating the field wiring in the panel.I was extremely upset and will never hire this firm unless I really really really have to.The client and commissioning dept could not beleive that a simple job like copuld not be done and complete in very short time.Not only did we lost 4 hours of labor on a Sunday afternoon but we have to go back on site whenever this firm can supply us somebody that can do the job.Again I am extremely disapointed and upset especially when it is costing me almost $ 3,000.00 for the hook up of one initiating and one signaling zone.
